“Mind gardening can help you transform chaos into insight. When you shift from passive consumer to active cultivator, scattered tidbits of information turn into a web of interrelated ideas, ripe for sharing with others. When you landscape your thoughts through curiosity, the noise of the modern world becomes a springboard to creativity. Just grab your tools, pick your plot, and let your imagination grow wild in the garden of your mind.” – Anne-Laure LeCunff
I’ve been reading tiny experiments by Anne-Laure LeCunff. I’m working on one of my 2026 focus words: Speak. I’ve been pretty stuck with not having much to say of import. I feel like I would just be parroting things that others have said and who needs one more parrot in the world?
But as I was reading the bonus chapter that came with the book, I realized while I am in reading mode I can be doing a lot more to take notes and plant seeds for future use! There’s a lot of other things I can be doing to fill the pipeline of my brain and not jump right to the endgame. Plenty of cultivation to be had. So, if you want to hang out and see what kinds of things hit my radar, stay tuned. It won’t be big think pieces, but a bunch of little thoughts.
