30 Days of 7+ hours of sleep

Summary:

I will take steps to get 7 or more hours of sleep per night for one month. I will track the official count using my FitBit Blaze record.

Observations

Day 1:

One minute shy of goal. Pretty darned good! Of course it’s a weekend and I didn’t have an alarm set.
Tonight will be the REAL challenge.

Day 2:

OMG. Not nearly enough.
Started late, couldn’t fall asleep, woke often. I may collapse entirely this evening.

Day 17:

This was the first morning I woke up before my alarm and just stayed awake. It felt pretty good!
