What are your musts? What must happen in your life for a fundamental change to occur?

— Day 1: HOW TO MAKE A DAMN DECISION


  • I must exercise.
  • I must reduce the quantity and increase the quality of my food.
  • I must reduce the number of things already in our home.
  • I must reduce wasteful spending on things we don’t need.
  • I must complete my self-care regimen every night.*
  • I must cut the TV I watch in half.*
  • I must read on a regular basis.*
  • I must write on a regular basis.*
