I didn’t really stick to my menu plan last week, but having it at least gave me a list to work from. With family in town, plans got rearranged, and we ended up just getting pizza one night. All in all, it’s good – I’m back for week #2 so YAY!

Tuesday – White pizza & alfredo veggies w/pasta
Wednesday – Chicken Parmesan w/whole wheat rotini, veggies
Thursday – Leftovers
Friday – J4’s Company Picnic?
